Operation and adjustment
In the range of 380±15V, the raw material moisture under the condition of 13-15%, it can be operated according to the following procedures
1. Empty machine commissioning:
Turn on the power, start the crusher and the mixer, and observe the mixer's hinged steering. If the hinged steering is opposite to the mixer's sign indicating steering, the thread ends should be reversed. When the crusher is reversing and there is no abnormal noise, the display unit works normally and can be shut down for production preparation.
2. Weigh each raw material separately according to the formula and batch (500-1000 kg each time)
3. Start the crusher. After the operation is balanced, gradually pour the raw materials into the material pit (do not mix the metal products into the raw materials). After the raw materials are crushed, turn off the crusher power.
4. After starting the mixer, add the uncrushed raw materials and feed additives to the hopper (do not add the sacks, ropes, etc.), the mixer works for 10-15 minutes, then stop the crusher. In half, start the mixer to speed up the output of feeds.
Unit now, the first work cycle has been completed, and then proceed to the next work cycle as described above.

2. Adjustment of material intake
The adjustment method is to move the suction nozzle outer cylinder up and down. If entering the crusher feeds is pellets or powder, the nozzle outer cylinder should be moved downwards, and the distance from the bottom edge to the sump should be about 3 cm. If the four corners are worn, the new hammer must be replaced. When replacing the new hammer, pay attention to the weight of each set of hammers.
