Instructions for Beak Debeaker Machine use:
1. After the machine is powered on, turn the voltage adjustment switch and observe the red heat of the upper blade at the same time. Generally, the temperature of the knife is adjusted to slightly red to orange red. The specifics should be determined according to the size of the chicken.
2. After the moving knife turns red, immediately turn on the motor and fan to start the rocker switch.
3. According to the size of the chicken, choose the aperture of the micro knife, then hold the feet of the chicken with the left hand, press the back of the chicken with the thumb of the right hand, and press the throat with the index finger. Push the chicken's beak into the knife hole and stop the bleeding for 2-3 seconds after the knife is dropped.
4. If the blade is hot but not red, first check whether the blade fixing screw is tightened, and then check the oxide scale of the blade. If the oxide scale is too thick, remove the movable blade and remove the oxide scale with a fine emery cloth.
